The winbt platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any service. You must provide accurate age and identity information at the time of registration. winbt may request necessary documents to verify age at any time.

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must open an account in your own name and for your own use.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Only individuals who are mentally and physically capable may use this service.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination, and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited. If your information changes, notify our support team immediately.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. winbt will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.

• Use a strong and unique password.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Always log out after accessing your account on a public or shared device.
• You may not allow anyone else to use your account.

winbt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms or fraudulent activity.
• Attempting to operate multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or collusion.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Participation by a minor.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time.

winbt currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major banks in Bangladesh). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposited funds must be sent only from a method registered in your own name.

• Third-party accounts or payment methods may not be used.
• winbt reserves the right to verify deposit amounts.
• Suspicious transactions may be returned.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be approved to the same method used for the deposit.

• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawal.
• Withdrawal may be delayed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawal may be put on hold if there is an active investigation on the account.
• winbt is not responsible for delays caused by issues with the payment method.

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total ৳28,000.

• The wagering requirement on the bonus amount is 15x (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have a set validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same user or household are not permitted.

winbt reserves the right to change or cancel promotion terms at any time. Bonuses are usable only on eligible games. If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

• Each promotion will have its own terms that apply separately.
• Bonus funds are calculated separately from real money.
• There may be restrictions on withdrawing the original deposit amount before bonus terms are fulfilled.

winbt has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their regular participation and activity. winbt reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

winbt operates on a fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities for an advantage.
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Colluding with other players.
• Abusing bonuses or taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

For any dispute or complaint, contact our support team first. In all disputes, winbt's decision will be considered final, unless the user presents a counter-claim with supporting evidence. The deadline for raising a dispute is 30 days after the relevant incident.

winbt places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Users can set their own deposit, betting, and loss limits. Those who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request self-exclusion.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the complete agreement between winbt and the user. If any part of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The Bengali version of the Terms will be considered the applicable language.
